Open Range Pest Control will always be happy to make a recommendation on services to keep your home pest free if this is your first time shopping around, or if you have already been a customer of another company and know what works for you, we guarantee we will beat your current company’s price, and will guarantee the service you receive is as good or better than what you are getting now. Open Range Pest Control will never force you sign a “contract” for pest control, however, if you agree to take service for a year, we offer HUGE discounts off the initial service. Most companies charge as much as double for their initial services, but we figure, why should you pay more for a first time service that you don’t even know is going to work? We believe so strongly in the quality of our service that we will take the risk in an effort to earn the long term relationship.
All prices include exterior perimeter treatment, dewebbing, and interior treatment if necessary.
General Pest Control: Ants, Cockroaches, Spiders, Mice, Rats, Wasps, Crickets, Earwigs etc.
Homes up to 3500 square feet:
One Time Special Service: Call for pricing, however, most problems can be solved for as little as $100.
Monthly Service: $32.00 per service, 12 services per year. Initial service call FREE if you sign up for one year.*
Bi-Monthly Service: $60 per service, 6 services per year. Initial service call HALF OFF if you sign up for one year*
Quarterly Service: $75 per service, 4 services per year. Initial service call HALF OFF if you sign up for one year*
Homes over 3500 square feet: Call or email for pricing, remember, we will beat any competitors written estimate.
Special Services such as German Cockroaches, Fleas & Ticks are additional for initial service only, if one of these problems develops under our watch, no additional charge will be required.
Due to Africanized Honey Bees in Arizona, an inspection for pricing is usually required.
All services are guaranteed, if pests come back before your next regular visit, just call us and we will attend to the problem area free of charge!
*Discount offered for customers that sign up for a one year service agreement. If services are terminated by the customer prior to one year agreement expiration through no fault of Open Range Pest Control, initial service discount will be due upon termination. Once one year agreement is fulfilled, customer can cancel at any time with no termination fee.
